Child and Youth Trauma Recovery
Sessions may be paid session-by-session ($130 per 50 min session), or families may elect to engage in the full program pathway, which takes approx 3 months.
Program Includes:
• Parent intake session (110 mins)
• 12 weekly child sessions (50 mins each)
• Parent review session (50 mins)
• Safety planning and therapeutic intervention
• Formal therapeutic progress report
Payment plans for program available upon request.
Participation in the full program is not compulsory. Therapy is child-led and progresses at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for the child.
Where families prepay for the program, any unused sessions will be credited or refunded, less the cost of sessions already delivered and completed therapeutic work.
Nurtured Minds Toowoomba provides structured, evidence-based programs. While sessions can be booked individually, we recommend engaging in the full program pathway for the most meaningful and lasting outcomes.

Early Intervention for HSB Program
$2900 Program fee (approx 3 months).
Structured specialist program for children and adolescents displaying harmful sexual behaviours. 3 month program.

Important Notice
Due to the nature of harmful sexual behaviour intervention, this program is designed as a complete therapeutic process. Consistent participation is strongly recommended to support behavioural accountability, risk reduction, and safe developmental outcomes.
Payment may be made via payment plan, with fees allocated across assessment, intervention, and reporting stages.
If a family withdraws prior to program completion, fees will apply for all assessment, intervention, and clinical work already completed, including any report preparation undertaken.

Non-Reportable Family Therapy
$130 per 50 min session (Intake required for each parent prior to child sessions)
Reportable Family Therapy Program
$2200 Program fee (approx 5 - 7 weeks for court report)
Includes:
• Parent intake session with each parent (110 mins each)
• 5 weekly Child therapeutic sessions (50 mins)
• Parent–child observation
• Clinical formulation
• Formal therapeutic report, to be sent to parents and legal teams.
Payment plans available upon request.
Important Notice
Therapeutic reports are prepared within a counselling scope of practice and are not forensic assessments. Reports reflect therapeutic observations and do not provide legal or custody determinations.
School-Based Safety and Prevention Program
$250 per 1-hour presentation
This interactive education session provides students with structured, evidence-informed learning on online safety, harmful sexual behaviours, consent, and child protection.
Sessions incorporate real-life, de-identified clinical insights to help students understand the genuine impact of online choices and peer interactions, supporting them to develop safer decision-making, awareness, and personal responsibility.
Each session includes age-appropriate education on digital boundaries, consent, respectful relationships, and recognising risk, while providing clear guidance on how students can seek help for themselves or others.
Sessions are tailored to the developmental level of the group and delivered in an engaging, supportive format that aligns with the school’s duty of care and commitment to student wellbeing and safety.
