02.Sunrise Walk & Talk Counselling
A confidential counselling session completed while walking through one of Toowoomba's local parks or walking tracks before school. Walk & Talk sessions may benefit young people who: feel more comfortable talking while walking struggle sitting in an office experience anxiety or school stress need support with friendships, emotions or family concerns simply enjoy being outdoors Sessions run: 6:00 am – 7:00 am Suitable for: Secondary students Boarding students Teens (12–18 years)
